WordPress Gravity Forms Plugin
When working with the WordPress Gravity forms plugin, you can easily manage your form notifications and the email addresses that your form notifications are sent to.
Just login to your WordPress Admin area, then navigate to the “Forms” section, to your Gravity Forms admin area. You will then be presented with a list of your currently available forms.
When you bring your mouse over the form name, you will see a menu appear under the form name, allow you to click on a link called “notifications”.
Click on the “notifications” link and you will be presented with full controls for form notifications and the email addresses that the notifications are sent from.
If you’d like to add more than one email address to be notified when a form is filled out, enter your email addresses with a comma in between them in the notification field. Then you can have numerous email addresses notified when a form has been completed on your website.
