I attended a great Webinar the other day that was hosted by Scott Martineau Co-Founder and VP of Infusionsoft. He was talking about how to use Infusionsoft to setup and manage your Perfect Customer Lifecycle.
This is a rather simple but very effective concept that is rarely put into actual use by most people using Infusionsoft or other email marketing and customer followup management tools or CRMs.

I have used Infusionsoft for a little more than a year and I am constantly amazed by this powerful CRM and I would highly recommend it to anyone that has the desire to put their business on auto pilot. There is a learning curve to Infusionsoft that many people find too challenging, but if you are willing to learn and put in the time, Infusionsoft is an outstanding tool for any business. Once you have used it for a while and see the power it has, you won’t know how you did business without it!
